Just two people fined for dog fouling in 12 months as councillor says issue is 'out of control'

Councillors have questioned Warwick District Council's response to dog fouling after Jim Sinnott confirmed just two fixed penalty notices were issued in the past 12 months, both in 2025. He said enforcement alone would not solve the problem.
